Ordered a very rare new release from Easy Action. Smooth transaction and when I enquired about some tracking information, I was emailed straight back.Great to see another independent music seller online doing right by their customers! Would definitely use again.!Thanks to Carlton and all at EA!
Been dealing with easy action from the start have nothing but good things to say.carlton Andy and the rest of the gang have done a really good job over the years ,being a mad Marc Bolan fan don't need to go anywhere else.always 1st class service never ever had any problems.these guys who leave these daft reviews need to get a life .5*.solid gold easy action.
Over a number of years I have picked up many Easy Action releases and I've always been happy with the actual product.However, when placing a recent order, for what I presumed was a promotional offer that meant I only paid postage, I received an email the next morning asking for the outstanding balance or I could have my postage refunded.In subsequent emails to clarify what was going on the employee I was speaking to was rudely offensive. To the extent of a passive aggressive comment that fell just short of an accusation of taking advantage of them. I have of course kept all correspondence.When I asked to make a complaint I was referred to the owner, who while civil, failed to acknowledge just how poor the customer service skills of their employee had been. At most they were terse, but not rude was what was communicated to me. Something that is blatantly untrue and my emails provide ample evidence of this.A genuine apology would have been a suitable outcome to my complaint. We can all make mistakes, or have a bad day, but as this wasn't forthcoming I'm sadly not going to give them my custom in the future.
As somebody who has bought from EA since their very early days, I feel compelled to speak about my experiences. As an Iggy/Stooges obsessive, they have surpassed even my wildest expectations. I just wish that other labels would put as much effort into their releases as Easy Action do. They’re one of the very few labels that cares about presentation. Don’t take my word for - take Iggy’s, he speaks highly of them in his book. If that’s not good enough for you, then I don’t know what is! Keep up the good work and here’s to more great records.
This is an excellent indie label with an extensive catalogue of classics and new music, all of which is produced to highest quality. In my experience they always go that extra mile to be helpful and are quick to respond to any questions about releases. A proper record label for people who love music.
I have bought several items ( CD's. books, Vinyl and T-Shirts) over the years from Easy Action and the quality has always been second to none. The most recent package ( arrived on tuesday) included a very lavishly packaged and designed exclusive Marc Bolan Coffee Table Art book entitled "Marc", that has been a few years in the making by all accounts. The Majority of the photographs have been unpublished and the quality overall is indeed breathtaking. The book was not cheap, but you get what you pay for, this book is an investment. plus I took advantage of the installments plan on the webpage!It is good to see a high standard of quality control has went into this tome and is befitting of Marc's legacy. It is indeed a joy to see his canon being handled with good taste and fervour and enthusiasm after years of shoddy catchpenny product from a few other organisations I could care to mention. ( But won't as I am in such a good mood as I am stoked to finally have this marvellous book in my paws!) The one I ordered also came with a very limited art print of Bolan and other goodies including a BookMarc ( Groans) and a cd of rarities. I shall remain a loyal customer because of the attention to detail and the labels skills in locating and issuing rare recordings by various artists. I love good time foot on the floor SEXY 100 MPH rock and roll and Easy Action is a go to site for me and a few other friends who are all lovers of dirty nasty rock and roll.
Avoid, a double album ordered through easy action through Amazon, the order came with a missing disc, buy on sight from Easy Action and not on line.P.s, I also contacted the company re their faulty product via their website, only to receive a rude and abusive message from the owner Mr Sandercock accusing me of trying to get freebies from his company and picking on them. Hang on I bought a product produced by his company that I used to own on vinyl and wanted to repurchase. The product was faulty and the owner got nasty when I dared complain and share a very poor experience on line. Thankfully Amazon will replace this faulty product free of charge. I certainly wouldn't buy anything from.this company again.P.P.S. And it gets worse, another rude and abusive email from Easy Action records today (02/04) from someone calling himself David Pittis. Whether that is his real name who knows? Who cares? The mail is abusive in the extreme. Evidently I have the cheek of the devil in complaining about a faulty product. The mail is written by someone accusing me of being a crybaby for complaining about Easy Action, and not being able to sleep at night due to a missing disc. Apparently it's all the fault of a pressing company in the Czech republic who use women, in his own words "Women eh, can't trust them can you". Nice. I've bought loads of Easy Action records in the past, however, in the unlikely event that they release the holy grail of records, I wouldn't give them the dust from my wallet, and given the abusive mails I've received from Easy Action for having the cheek to complain about them, neither should you.
