After a decidedly poor experience at the Birkenhead store we were persuaded to visit the Aintree store to speak to Dave the manager. The design process was quite easy and as we wanted the installation package it took a bit longer as he did the quote there and then so it took about three hours but we left happy and with an order placed.
The installation was done by one of their selected subcontractors who was excellent, the whole job took roughly three weeks from start to finish, we have a few little niggles still outstanding but everything else was done to our satisfaction.

This is not what we were told by the Birkenhead store so double check what ISN’T included in the installation price to avoid any confusion, window coverings etc
