I need to caveat by saying that the showroom and staff in Stockton are amazing. But the customer service after sales was absolutely abysmal and left us out of pocket over £1200. We needed extra tiles half way through a job and so rang the number on the original order confirmation. This number does NOT take you to the branch you purchased from but a central sales line. Here, John took our order of additional tiles (I’m told it’s good practice to pass back to the branch but he didn’t feel like doing that this day). John failed to input the correct delivery date and failed to take the batch number. Husband (who is self employed) took the day off unpaid to wait for the tiles and finish the job. The tiles never arrived. Upon calling customer service, we were told John had failed to do his job properly but that they would order the tiles and deliver on Sunday. Husband took the day off again unpaid and waited all day for tiles that didn’t arrive. Upon calling customer service we were told ‘whoops sorry we don’t deliver to your area on Sunday’. By this point we could now not secure a delivery date until Wednesday. Husband couldn’t start his next job and so more days unpaid. We also had to pay the plumber for the day despite the fact he couldn’t go ahead and plumb anything in, so had to come back when tiles were finally sorted thus paying him twice. I then spent a frustrating 2 weeks back and forth with customer service escalating the issue. We were told another of goodwill would be given and they acknowledged their many failings on all counts. But would not cover our out of pocket expenses as their t&cs clearly state they don’t do this, even if they’re at fault. Furthermore, one of the vanity units purchased came bashed to bits. We waited for a replacement which also came like it had been hit by a hammer. We’re currently still waiting for yet another replacement. All in all, we wouldn’t use easy bathrooms again. Our bathroom does look stunning but the customer service and after sales care was just diabolical and extremely disappointing. We couldn’t afford to lose the money we did but easy bathrooms really didn’t care.

This is my second review about trying to return the toilet I bought from the York branch.
Unfortunately I bought the wrong toilet so asked if I could return it, but one part isn’t in the original packaging (2 parts are).
Customer services said they’d look into it for me, maybe they were just saying that so it looked good on the review response? As this was ages ago and I’ve sent a further 3 emails and getting very frustrated at being ignored. Come on customer services, don’t ignore your customers! Without us, you wouldn’t have a job

I submitted a five star review on 30th January based on my visit to Romford showroom & promised to send another review when my order was delivered and installed.
The installation was completed 25th February & I am so pleased. The material was delivered, as promised, on 17th February. It was all well packed & exactly as ordered, no damage & nothing missing or wrong.
My fitters, Ian & Brian did an excellent job & the quality of the material is obvious
My thanks again to Colin & staff at Romford. I know you are having a rough time due to ongoing roadworks at Gallows corner, but chin up,
they will be finished one day

I visited the Birstall branch and worked with James Clark, who was incredibly knowledgeable. He designed both our bathroom and en-suite, truly listening to our needs to create a design that perfectly matched what we were looking for.

We did face some challenges with broken tiles, but the team supported me throughout the process, ensuring replacements were delivered on time so the project didn't come to a standstill. It was an amazing customer experience, and I highly recommend Easy Bathrooms Birstall to anyone looking for a new bathroom. Amazing team!

Together with my two Daughters & my bathroom fitter, we visited Easy Bathrooms showroom in Romford 29th December 2025..
First impression was how well laid out it was, bright & clean. We were greeted in a friendly way by all staff & met with the Manager, Colin Chapman. Nothing was too much trouble for Colin & he patiently went through our list. I was very pleased with the wide choice & the prices were competitive.
The work on my new bathroom is starting 16th February & materials are to be delivered 17th.
I will write a further review when work is completed

My wife and I visited our local Easy Bathrooms store in Truro, Cornwall and it really is a one-stop-shop for bathroom renovations. Imaginative and well designed displays cover all tastes and styles and if there is one criticism it is that there was too much choice! The Truro branch is well managed by Morgan and no question is too difficult. The prices are very competitive in a crowded market. I would recommend this branch with no hesitation.

Helpful showroom staff, but poor installation experience

The showroom staff were friendly and supportive. However, the installation process was disappointing; what was promised to take 2 weeks ended up taking over 2 months. The installers arrived late and left early, sometimes not showing up at all. While the visible aspects of the job were acceptable, the hidden work was poorly done. The shower had drainage issues and an unpleasant odor, while the toilet seat kept falling off and the floor tile was damaged. It took months to get someone to address these problems. Eventually, a different fitter came in and fixed the toilet seat and tile. The shower outlet was incorrectly installed, causing drainage problems, which were somewhat improved but still slow. The waste pipe was poorly positioned, leading to stagnant water that required a sponge to clean. The replacement shower provided was not suitable for low pressure, despite us informing them of this. To top it off, after 12 months, the sink taps have become rusty. Customer service has been unhelpful throughout this ordeal. I considered escalating the matter, but it seems there's little recourse available. I strongly advise against using this service due to these issues.

A Fantastic Experience at the Store

We hesitantly visited the store after a call from the manager, who had learned about our previous dissatisfaction with another location. He encouraged us to give the company another opportunity and assured us that we would be pleased with the service at his store. Although he offered to visit us, we opted to explore the products in person. We spent several hours in the store and after selecting the main items, the manager helped us create a design on the spot. Once we were satisfied, he guided us through various options for taps, tiles, and more. He then detailed the pricing, including discounts, and we were pleased with the total cost, which covered full installation. We decided to take advantage of the interest-free payment plan after making a deposit, which was swiftly arranged. The manager delivered on his promises, and while we have to wait a few months for the final product, he has completely restored our trust in the company. We would highly recommend him and the store without hesitation.

Great in-store assistance after delivery issues

I ordered tiles online, and during delivery, I discovered that the top two packs contained broken tiles (hoping the ones below are fine). I notified the delivery driver, who promised to send two replacement packs, but that didn’t occur, and communicating via email was challenging. I decided to visit my local branch to order additional items. The staff member was incredibly helpful, not only in finding the right products but also in arranging for the replacement tiles. In the future, I’ll opt to visit the branch directly.

Exceptional Service at the Stockton Location

We visited the Stockton location and had a conversation with a representative who was fantastic, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. This place feels like a treasure trove, offering much more variety than other spots in the area. The selection available was exactly what we needed. On our second visit, the representative assisted us with everything, remaining patient despite our numerous changes of mind, and ensured we were well taken care of. Although we haven't received our delivery yet, the initial experience was definitely commendable!
