Helpful showroom staff, but poor installation experience

The showroom staff were friendly and supportive. However, the installation process was disappointing; what was promised to take 2 weeks ended up taking over 2 months. The installers arrived late and left early, sometimes not showing up at all. While the visible aspects of the job were acceptable, the hidden work was poorly done. The shower had drainage issues and an unpleasant odor, while the toilet seat kept falling off and the floor tile was damaged. It took months to get someone to address these problems. Eventually, a different fitter came in and fixed the toilet seat and tile. The shower outlet was incorrectly installed, causing drainage problems, which were somewhat improved but still slow. The waste pipe was poorly positioned, leading to stagnant water that required a sponge to clean. The replacement shower provided was not suitable for low pressure, despite us informing them of this. To top it off, after 12 months, the sink taps have become rusty. Customer service has been unhelpful throughout this ordeal. I considered escalating the matter, but it seems there's little recourse available. I strongly advise against using this service due to these issues.
