This is my second review about trying to return the toilet I bought from the York branch.
Unfortunately I bought the wrong toilet so asked if I could return it, but one part isn’t in the original packaging (2 parts are).
Customer services said they’d look into it for me, maybe they were just saying that so it looked good on the review response? As this was ages ago and I’ve sent a further 3 emails and getting very frustrated at being ignored. Come on customer services, don’t ignore your customers! Without us, you wouldn’t have a job
