I had a voucher for a free 11" x 14" print. I called the customer service department to complete the order. As I was being assisted, I saw that if I paid for the item, the shipping charge would be $9.99, but if I received for free the same item, the shipping charge would be $12.99. Since the item is exactly the same, this means that I would actually pay $3 for the "fee" item. As a returning customer (I purchased prints in three different occasions), I was extremely annoyed because I felt that the "free offer" was false. When I asked the customer service person to reduce my charge to the regular $9.99 (as it should have been), she refused. I declined to get the item and I sent an email to a customer service rep to discuss the issue. She never returned my message. I am not planning to buy any other item from Easy Canvas Prints.
I will make sure to leave a negative review on your firm because I did not appreciate having to pay $3 for a "free item". It is not for the $3, but for the principle of it. I am very unhappy and unwilling to buy again from you in the future.
