My print was never delivered. UPS said it was delivered and given to The customer and it was never delivered to my house. I never got it. I contacted UPS and it was impossible to get in touch with a real person. I just had to leave them an email and never heard anything back and just gave up.
My wife & I are elated at the canvas we purchased & how they turned out. Easy Canvas did a wonderful job. Our home is full of beautiful memories of our love ones & dear friends, past & present. Thank you Easy Canvas Prints.
I need to be able to communicate easier. The site sometimes confuses me as I don't know if I was able to pay for it as the following text is sometimes confusing. It would be nice to get a picture with the invoice.

My original order was $9.99, but the shipping for the 'FREE' print was $17.99, despite both being the same size and weight. This company seems untrustworthy with such practices. Be cautious and consider other reputable options.

When I finally contacted them, I was told the economy shipping would take until December 31. It's unacceptable for regular shipping to take over a month, especially when they advertise quick delivery before Christmas. I doubt I'll use this service again, very disappointed!
