I ordered $150 worth of canvas prints during Thanksgiving and never received confirmation or tracking details. Although my account was charged, I waited weeks without any updates. When I finally contacted them, I was told the economy shipping would take until December 31. It's unacceptable for regular shipping to take over a month, especially when they advertise quick delivery before Christmas. I doubt I'll use this service again, very disappointed!
