If it were possible to give this establishment negative stars, I would. The experience was not just disappointing—it was a blatant affront to basic human dignity. From the moment I entered, I was overwhelmed by a strong odor of despair and mildew. The staff were either disinterested or outright unfriendly, making communication a frustrating ordeal. The so-called “room” was an insult to closets. The bed resembled a worn-out mattress that looked like it was pulled from a landfill, and the sheets were threadbare, stained, and carried a faint odor of despair. The bathroom was appalling: cracked tiles, mold in every corner, and the shower barely managed a trickle of lukewarm water. Noise levels were intolerable; thin walls allowed me to hear every cough, snore, and phone call from nearby rooms. Privacy seemed to be an optional extra. The so-called “air conditioning” was a pathetic fan that mocked me with its ineffective attempts to cool the space. And breakfast? If you consider a stale croissant and lukewarm coffee in a sterile environment breakfast, then you’re in luck. In short, this place is a textbook example of how to ruin a stay. I’ve had better experiences camping in the rain or napping on a bus. Save yourself the trauma, disappointment, and health risks—stay literally anywhere else.
