As anticipated, it was budget-friendly, cheerful, and impeccably clean. The team was welcoming, providing additional pillows and towels at the front desk upon arrival. The morning staff also delivered friendly service. Although I stayed just one night, I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you! 😊
If I could give negative stars, I would. This place is not just disappointing; it’s a violation of basic dignity. Upon entering, I was hit by a strong odor of despair and mildew. The staff seemed indifferent or hostile, making communication difficult. The room was an insult—more like a closet. The bed was a lumpy mattress, and the sheets were worn and stained. The bathroom was a mess, with cracked tiles and mold. Noise levels were unbearable, and privacy was non-existent. The air conditioning was ineffective. Breakfast was a stale croissant and lukewarm coffee. In summary, this place is a textbook example of how to ruin a stay. I've had better experiences camping in the rain. Spare yourself the trauma and disappointment—stay anywhere else.
If it were possible to give this establishment negative stars, I would. The experience was not just disappointing—it was a blatant affront to basic human dignity. From the moment I entered, I was overwhelmed by a strong odor of despair and mildew. The staff were either disinterested or outright unfriendly, making communication a frustrating ordeal. The so-called “room” was an insult to closets. The bed resembled a worn-out mattress that looked like it was pulled from a landfill, and the sheets were threadbare, stained, and carried a faint odor of despair. The bathroom was appalling: cracked tiles, mold in every corner, and the shower barely managed a trickle of lukewarm water. Noise levels were intolerable; thin walls allowed me to hear every cough, snore, and phone call from nearby rooms. Privacy seemed to be an optional extra. The so-called “air conditioning” was a pathetic fan that mocked me with its ineffective attempts to cool the space. And breakfast? If you consider a stale croissant and lukewarm coffee in a sterile environment breakfast, then you’re in luck. In short, this place is a textbook example of how to ruin a stay. I’ve had better experiences camping in the rain or napping on a bus. Save yourself the trauma, disappointment, and health risks—stay literally anywhere else.
I stayed for one night, just needing a place to sleep, and this was ideal. Although compact, the bed was impeccably clean and comfortable, and the shower room, while small, had everything I needed. The entire hotel was spotless. If you're looking for a simple place to sleep, this is the spot.
I recently stayed at this hotel and found the pillows to be flat and the quilt thin. The room was quite cold and too small to store luggage anywhere but on the floor. This hotel is okay for a one-night stay, but not suitable for anything longer.
We had to cancel our stay due to a death in the family, and the receptionist was indifferent, offering no assistance. I emailed customer service, who initially offered a transfer, but when I responded a day later due to family matters, they refused to honor their previous offer.
I attempted to book a hotel for a month ahead, but during the booking process, the date changed to the next day, which I only noticed after paying. I accidentally canceled the booking and tried to reach out for help but received no response. While it was a non-refundable booking, most companies would correct such mistakes, but this one did not.
Booking online was impossible due to a terrible website, and the receptionist informed me that phone bookings weren’t allowed due to company policy. I spent a long time trying to find a way to complete my booking but ultimately gave up and found another hotel that I booked online in just a couple of minutes.
I spent two nights at this hotel while participating in an event. Upon arrival, the reception team was welcoming and efficient. The staff remained friendly throughout my stay, making me feel at home. I booked a small 'windowless' room, which was clean and had all the essentials. Overall, I was very satisfied and would happily return.
