This was our first time booking with EasyJet and I was a little nervous beforehand. I pre-booked seats as I was travelling with my two children. The outbound flight was delayed slightly and passport control in Rome took some time. We took a taxi from the airport as we arrived late in the evening and were pleasantly surprised by our hotel. Check in was prompt and our room clean and spacious. We had a lovely stay at the Rome Garden Hotel. It was a good walk from the centre which we didn’t mind, a nice quiet location with beautiful wisteria and well tended plants. We sat out in the garden area for breakfast and the staff were very helpful and spoke many languages. There is a metro station an easy 10 minutes walk away from the hotel to easily connect to the Colosseum or other destinations. We really enjoyed our time in Rome and both flights were smooth and hassle free, cabin crew were helpful and friendly. We would book again with EasyJet based on this experience.
