Easy jet flights and hotel package for 3 days to Prague were fantastic value. Sunny too.!! Bonus..!!
The Golden star in Prague staff were professional and charming.
Rooms are modern and very well appointed with amazing views of Mala strana, Prague skyline and the Castle.
A 15 minute leisurely walk to Charles bridge and the river means you are on the quieter but pretty side of Prague.
Flights were good and staff friendly and helpful at every point.
Highly recommended for a City break.
Book with Easy jet to Prague and stay at the Golden star. You will not be disappointed...Brian L.
Impressed with easyJet holidays. Communication was easy and so were changes. I checked and it was cheaper to purchase the flight & hotel with easyJet than separately. I had two occasions to contact prior to trip to query something and make a change. Faultless customer service on both occasions :)
The app is not always intuitive as you have to select between trips and flights, but once this is known, it is fine. Be warned however that the app did NOT show the gate or when boarding commenced, so keep track at airport with airport signs.
Overall very pleased and would use again.
Easy jet holidays are the worst.
Their cancellation policy is simply stealing money from customers. 27 days before the holiday, they deduct the deposit and then deduct 75% of the holiday amount. Just looting money for free.
Worst of all. They don't make it clear on what the cancellation policy is at the time of booking. I have just lost £673 pounds. It's just simply stealing money from customers.
Don't ever book any holidays with them.
We had a fantastic experience with our recent holiday to Iceland. Every aspect of the holiday was smooth and efficient. Our hotel was extremely clean and the staff were friendly. We really had the most enjoyable experience.
I booked this holiday at the last minute and it didn’t disappoint , everything went smoothly , flights were on time , luggage was checked in without a problem . The Transfers were great and the hotel was great, I had a lovely room with Mountain View’s! Breakfast was included and the choice and variety was excellent ! I will definitely be returning for another easy jet holiday next year !
We had booked a holiday to Hurghada and fly with Easy Jet on February 18th, departing at 9:40 AM. Check-in was completed four weeks in advance, and we arrived at the airport and dropped off our bags on time. When I got to the boarding gate with my son, the lady informed us she couldn't scan us because I was supposedly late for my flight, which wasn't scheduled for another 30 minutes. I should mention that when I arrived, the bus was parked with its doors open and the driver was waiting. My girlfriend, who has a DIFFERENT LAST NAME and was there earlier, had her own seat on the plane, and the ladies were happy to let her in. She told the ladies we had to wait for the family because I'd gone to the toilet with our 6-year-old son. What happened? The airline overbooked my seat and my son's were sold. Our friends, who were flying with us (10 of them), confirmed that our seats were taken. At the end of the flight cabin crew confirmed that there was one empty seat on the plane. I'd like to clarify this situation. How could this have happened? I'd booked and paid for the flight and vacation with the same travel agency seven months in advance. The seats were booked, my luggage was checked in, which was definitely in the system, and it was clear I was at the airport. I should also add that there was no announcement over the loudspeakers. Usually, each passenger is called by name to the gate. But of course, our seats were sold to someone else, so why bother? It's very unprofessional to treat a customer who's buying a complete flight and hotel package from you this way.
Brilliant holiday, lovely hotel fabulous transfers (waited for us even though passport control was horrendous in Krakow). Flights awful (hence my rating), drunk lads on board on outward journey. One was sick in front of us down the walkway and couldn’t walk in a straight line. Coming home they ran out of food on the flight so take your own.
From start to finish, our experience with EasyJet Holidays was above expectations. The staff at Birmingham Airport were friendly and courteous. Flights left on time and transfers were very straightforward. This was our first trip with EasyJet Holidays and will definitely not be the last. 100% recommended.
We went on an easyJet holiday to Tenerife on February 10th on the 12th February at 9-10 am we got a telephone call from home saying our daughter had passed away unexpectedly. I phoned easyJet at 9-30 to tell them & they got us booked on a flight at 12-55 with no charge. The steward on the plane was so kind to us also. We can’t thank them enough.

What a horrific experience, The journey back from sharm el sheik airport to luton airport, when during boarding gate 7 with easy jet they delayed with reason due to one crew member down they were asking for volunteers to change their destinations to Gatwick, Bristol and Manchester also saying need another crew with different pilots,no one wanted to do so,they offered money after 2 hrs behind passing flight departure time we were so behind as that finally resolve we were on board on plane then came the announcement all suddenly we have no choice but flew to Milan stopped by to have new crew on board and 2hrs waiting , the staff were rude not allowing us asking info ,then announced the final destination be in Gatwick airport due to luton airport is shut at midnight but comforted us all transportation be provided fr Gatwick to luton ,we reached Gatwick airport then the final update was no transportation was provided everyone have to make our way back to luton at 3am in morning, absolutely disgusted the way the company treated us all.
