We went on an easyJet holiday to Tenerife on February 10th on the 12th February at 9-10 am we got a telephone call from home saying our daughter had passed away unexpectedly. I phoned easyJet at 9-30 to tell them & they got us booked on a flight at 12-55 with no charge. The steward on the plane was so kind to us also. We can’t thank them enough.
