Easy jet holidays are the worst.
Their cancellation policy is simply stealing money from customers. 27 days before the holiday, they deduct the deposit and then deduct 75% of the holiday amount. Just looting money for free.
Worst of all. They don't make it clear on what the cancellation policy is at the time of booking. I have just lost £673 pounds. It's just simply stealing money from customers.
Don't ever book any holidays with them.
