Impressed with easyJet holidays. Communication was easy and so were changes. I checked and it was cheaper to purchase the flight & hotel with easyJet than separately. I had two occasions to contact prior to trip to query something and make a change. Faultless customer service on both occasions :)
The app is not always intuitive as you have to select between trips and flights, but once this is known, it is fine. Be warned however that the app did NOT show the gate or when boarding commenced, so keep track at airport with airport signs.
Overall very pleased and would use again.
