The company sent me an incorrect key. I returned it with a detailed letter requesting the right one, including a self-addressed envelope for the new key. I also followed up via email with the same information. When I called customer service, they claimed they hadn't received my letter, despite it not being returned and the address being accurate. I was told I should have contacted the fulfilling agent directly, and without the letter and returned key, I would need to pay for a replacement. Four months later, I still haven't received the correct key. This experience has been frustrating, and the customer service was quite unhelpful.
