The company sent me an incorrect key. I returned it with a detailed letter requesting the right one, including a self-addressed envelope for the new key. I also followed up via email with the same information. When I called customer service, they claimed they hadn't received my letter, despite it not being returned and the address being accurate. I was told I should have contacted the fulfilling agent directly, and without the letter and returned key, I would need to pay for a replacement. Four months later, I still haven't received the correct key. This experience has been frustrating, and the customer service was quite unhelpful.
I ordered a replacement key for one that I had lost for a filing cabinet. Ordered what I thought was the right one, sent a picture of the lock with the order. Next morning received a call stating that the key I ordered was the wrong key and they did not carry the one I needed. They offered to cancel and refund the order and made some suggestions for me. Received my cancellation and refund within hours. Very impressive!!! I wish all businesses conducted their business like this. Not many businesses operate like this. I will definitely recommend them to anyone else and use them again if needed.
What a great experience!!!! I love when all the stars a line everything works like it should!! I ordered several keys for an aluminum diamond tread Jeep brand box … and the keys all work perfectly!I definitely order from this company again in the future!
I ordered a set of keys for a Steelcase vertical file #S110. When I received the keys I could tell that they were not cut very well. They edges were extremely rough and when tried in the lock it did not work. I ended up ordering the same key number from another vendor and received those in the mail yesterday they worked perfectly.Since EasyKeys did not provide any feedback I thought I would leave a review here. I spent $23.83 for two keys that did not work. I will not order from this company again
EasyKeys is always very responsive to emails about key questions! They do their best to look at your photos and match you with the appropriate keys. In fact, they’re so good that I had an old desk with just key codes so I took photos of the desk itself and the keyholes. They were successfully able to determine which keys were needed and both of them worked! I’m most impressed with how quickly they respond via email because some companies take days and I didn’t even wait half a day! Great company with efficient and quality service.
