Absolutely appalling experience.I was prescribed medicinal cannabis for three months, then suddenly told I needed to prove I’d tried other insomnia medications. Why wasn’t that checked before prescribing a controlled drug???When I questioned it and asked to speak to someone senior, the doctor rudely cut me off and hung up on me. I’m owed $29!!!!!!!!I’ve emailed and rang multiple times but clearly they do not take this matter seriously.I’ll be reporting them to the TGA.Unprofessional, inconsistent, and concerning clinical standards. Avoid.
