This company is clearly run by clowns. I've sent them my documents a week ago and despite calling them 4 times and sending a dozen emails I'm still waiting for my script to be released.

Such a disappointment and so vote with your wallet and go elsewhere. I came here as I was disappointed with Alternaleaf but these guys are worse.

Also their hold music is a monotonous disaster that will have you tearing your hair out whilst you wait over 20 minutes for someone who has no authority to answer the call.

All in all it's a dreadful experience.

I submitted my documents days ago. From what I can see, all that is required on their end is the click of a button to release my script, yet I am still left waiting and without medication.

I have now called four separate times. Each call involved sitting on hold for around 15 minutes, listening to the same repetitive hold music on loop, which is enough to drive anyone insane. When you finally get through, there is no urgency, no ownership, and no resolution.

I chose this company following recommendations, but the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. It feels like style over substance, plenty of polished marketing, but an inability to execute the most basic parts of their service.

I have repeatedly asked for escalation to management and have been met with zero care or follow up.

An extremely disappointing experience. A complete waste of time.

No no no, if you have half a day to wait on the phone or keep calling because you couldn't change your details on the website and missed a call from doctor and had no script for a month and now the doctor is leaving its gone from bad to omg patients missing out on medications suppose to be there to help I have had to change doctors 5 times because there not available.when you need them and guess what I have to it for the 6th time, and going to have to wait another week for a script I do not recommend easy kind go elsewhere

I was prescribed medicinal cannabis for three months, then suddenly told I needed to prove I’d tried other insomnia medications. Why wasn’t that checked before prescribing a controlled drug???

When I questioned it and asked to speak to someone senior, the doctor rudely cut me off and hung up on me. I’m owed $29!!!!!!!!

I’ve emailed and rang multiple times but clearly they do not take this matter seriously.

I’ll be reporting them to the TGA.

Unprofessional, inconsistent, and concerning clinical standards. Avoid.

Was contacted by staff member to book in an initial consult which was $29. I was hesitant to go ahead with the service but I thought I’ll give it a go because I have been suffering from anxiety and depression for some time. About a week later I had my consult with a GP however the lady was very rude, unprofessional and rushed through the call. I was more confused than when I started and no help was given. I was also promised a follow-up Call which never happened. I would definitely not recommend this service please don’t waste $29. Stick to checking things out with your regular GP as you can’t go wrong there in my opinion.

Initial consult was excellentI have made 2 appointments for second consultFirst on Jan 2 and Second on Jan 5 and both have been cancelledThe first cancelled an hour before appointment The second on a SundaySoonest i can get another appointment is Jan 20 This is why i left the govt programNever offered an alternative appointment with another Doctor after the 2 cancellationsRang me morning Jan 5 Apology gratefully accepted and appointment with another Doctor made the next day so an excellent outcome and that is as much as i could expect someone to do,Thank You
