It was a good experience dealing with staff on chatline who consulted an optician. Was kept in loop on my order. I ordered prescription ray ban however the arms were a bit wide and needs adjustment. Decided to take to a optical store for adjustment once lockdown was over.
Great product and exactly what was ordered. Customer service via Chat was quick and helpful when I had questions about order and invoice. Have bought 2 pair of prescription glasses now, one pair for myself and one pair for my son. I would highly recommend SmartGlasses!
