I ordered a BattBoost device from them last year, and that order was super smooth and painless. But what really makes them stand out is that just yesterday I had an incident where some teenagers blocking my path caused my power chair to hit a metal railing, and the discharge cable got absolutely obliterated. Richard not only replied to my email on a Friday evening, but he arranged for a replacement cable to be mailed out so fast that it arrived this morning. That's going above and beyond, and I am so grateful for such amazing customer service.

Bought 1 fuse..ended up costing…

Bought 1 fuse..ended up costing 17.95...thought I had to get special fuse 2 fit the scooter...turns out you could buy exactly the same fuse on ebay for 75% less!.... feeling ripped off...check b4 u buy!
