Im very impressed with the quality of service and speed of delivery , the product was shipped from HK, I received it in a week and half after placing my order given that it was new years, its very quick shipping to Canada. Luckily the Diesel glasses fit me well, Im not sure how the return policy works, but for sure these are original, I read on certain forums otherwise, Im happy with my purchase. The customer service is also quick to respond, overall 5 stars
