I am writing this to highlight the extreme negligence of Easypaisa customer support. A disputed transaction (TID: 362864461180) was reported immediately, but the bank is refusing to take any regulatory action against the recipient account 03418377156.Instead of freezing the funds as per standard banking protocols, their team is giving scripted replies to contact the sender bank. This lack of cooperation is helping the unauthorized person to withdraw the funds. I have already escalated this matter to the State Bank of Pakistan (Sunwai Portal) and Banking Mohtasib.Easypaisa needs to take responsibility for its platform's security instead of misguiding victims.
