I am writing this to highlight the extreme negligence of Easypaisa customer support. A disputed transaction (TID: 362864461180) was reported immediately, but the bank is refusing to take any regulatory action against the recipient account 03418377156.
​Instead of freezing the funds as per standard banking protocols, their team is giving scripted replies to contact the sender bank. This lack of cooperation is helping the unauthorized person to withdraw the funds. I have already escalated this matter to the State Bank of Pakistan (Sunwai Portal) and Banking Mohtasib.
​Easypaisa needs to take responsibility for its platform's security instead of misguiding victims.

Easypaisa customer care is completely useless — no old record, only time-wasting service. For the last 15–17 days they kept asking for the same details again and again but still didn’t solve my issue.

Call Helpline Representative's are not responding on the issue

Easypaisa is a scam wallet

Easypaisa is the Most Corrupted, Scamn and Stealing Mobile Wallet company in Pakistan as they have just stolen my thousands of rupees out of my account openly and blatantly. Reason for this post is to show whole world the ugly anb real face of Easypaisa. On top, when I tried to get transaction record, they refused by pushing me to call their so called customer service which cost Rs.5–7 a minute. Specially 1st3–5 minutes , they waste customer time on answering recorded mesage and making you press various numbers, then if suport personal do come alive answering, they happen to be incompetent, uncivilized and uncooperative. Amazingly, as Pakistanis and their own customers as real assets, why do we have to pay for getting help on our account? All over the world, customer service is fully free to contact in any circumstance specially to mobile network companies because it cost them nothing for receving calls. Therefore, please, share this hight alert message as much as you can! Sharing your experience on social media and consumer forums can help raise awareness and force these dishonest mobile companies in Pakistan to treat us as citizens of Pakistan honestly and properly!

Dude, I'm almost fed up with the convenience of Easy Money. I've had Easy Money for a year now. Someone has reported it and I want to resolve it. I want to deduct the money that is fraudulent. But these people are not doing it for me. Easy Money has been humiliating me for almost a year.I have already made a complaint to the Address Violet people but there has been no response yet and I have heard that when you complain in Trust Filer, they solve this problem. So, my Easy Paisa which has been closed for a year, I agree to everything and I want to claim it, so I will claim the money that is currently fraudulent, but please get my account reopened because my amount is stuck in it and as I said earlier, it has been closed for a year. I have already made a complaint to Address Violet people but it is late.

Worst customer support I've called them…

Worst customer support I've called them more than 50 times they didn't answer and when they did they put me on waiting list for more than 15 minutes and after that they said that we've connected two calls at a time so plz hangup. They've been deducting money automatically from my account without letting me know i haven't attached my account anywhere I didn't recieved an otp or verification they just deducted my money and now they are not helping me to get my money back worst app ever
