Easypaisa is the Most Corrupted, Scamn and Stealing Mobile Wallet company in Pakistan as they have just stolen my thousands of rupees out of my account openly and blatantly. Reason for this post is to show whole world the ugly anb real face of Easypaisa. On top, when I tried to get transaction record, they refused by pushing me to call their so called customer service which cost Rs.5–7 a minute. Specially 1st3–5 minutes , they waste customer time on answering recorded mesage and making you press various numbers, then if suport personal do come alive answering, they happen to be incompetent, uncivilized and uncooperative. Amazingly, as Pakistanis and their own customers as real assets, why do we have to pay for getting help on our account? All over the world, customer service is fully free to contact in any circumstance specially to mobile network companies because it cost them nothing for receving calls.
