Ordered on 29DEC, the expected delivery was planned on 06JAN. Till 08JAN there was no any update neither from the shop nor from the shipper. On 08JAN I contacted the shop with the question when the order was expected to be delivered. Received no answer but the order was suddenly scanned in the warehouse in Paris for shipping. So I take it they forgot to send it. On 12JAN and 13JAN wrote to the shop support again, no answer still. On 15JAN the local delivery courir appeared with the box. On 17JAN received an answer from the shop support that they see that the order was delivered. So generally: no replies from the customer support, no tracking info from the B2C shipper (Maersk), 0 communication. Never again.
