Review Time
I placed an order more than a month ago on 21 of December, but it was returned because I couldn’t receive it on time.
Now, for more than three weeks, I’ve been trying to contact the phone number listed in the “Contact Us” section to follow up on my order.
Since my order was returned, I haven’t received any emails, my money has not been refunded, and no one is responding.
I waited to make this review till I had received my package as I was nervous writing it before due to other reviews' experience with orders not sent or packages not delivered. I ordered from Easy Para Pharmacy on February 8th 2026, with the order being processed and sent very fast. I received my package after < 2 days from making my order, which is really great. My order was an international order and I purposefully chose DHL as the delivery service for reliability and proper tracking.What is not great is that Easy Para Pharmacy overcharged me by €13.32! There was one price shown when I added the product to my basket, but when it came time to pay, they pharmacy jad increased the price by €2.22 per item! I ordered 6 of the item. This isn't okay and a very shady way of doing business! I would have been a repeat customer, but I don't feel like I can trust their pricing again. Why do this?!? Easy Para pls refund me the €13.32 that you have taken from me without my consent. I have screenshots of the advertised price, as well as the receipt that you increased my bill by. Update 2: Contact number is not actually providing a contact centre, they recorded a voice message for 3 minutes long call centre queue, so they want you to believe the line is busy, which is not even a REAL line. sometimes it glitches and its telling you its a voice message! I believe all positive reviews here submitted by their fake accounts. I was lucky to use PAYPAL for payment, so I reported as scammers and I am waiting to get my refund soon. Even their responses here are copy paste, such a shame as they are scamming people who needs medical products, not only paypal buy I also take a further action for a legal claim for this website/ people behind! Update: Still no information I am shortly reporting as a SCAM to my providerTerrible experience overall! I ordered some urgent products that I need for my strict diet, while I was expecting delivery on 21/01/2026 I had an email saying my parcel has been RETURNED back to carrier!!! I have never ever requested return and I needed these products immediately! If there is no stock I can understand but how can you return parcel from middle of way with no meaningful explanation! Customer service number is not working, saying there is no service until 20th MAY? is this a joke!! No live chat no further support, when you finally managed to submit request via ENGLISH page, they return you with FRENCH auto email. I am in desperate situation without my needed products I have been waiting for weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! absolute nightmare!!!! also no refund which I dont want refund I need my parcel!
Ordered on 29DEC, the expected delivery was planned on 06JAN. Till 08JAN there was no any update neither from the shop nor from the shipper. On 08JAN I contacted the shop with the question when the order was expected to be delivered. Received no answer but the order was suddenly scanned in the warehouse in Paris for shipping. So I take it they forgot to send it. On 12JAN and 13JAN wrote to the shop support again, no answer still. On 15JAN the local delivery courir appeared with the box. On 17JAN received an answer from the shop support that they see that the order was delivered. So generally: no replies from the customer support, no tracking info from the B2C shipper (Maersk), 0 communication. Never again.
I have been battling with easypara for a refund to no avail, they asked for my bank statement which was sent, but I was told to they will get back to me, I been waiting for close to a week now, my experience is nothing to write home about
