Ordered a plant from this company based on positive reviews and recommendations but the ordered was never fulfilled. Had I not reached out to Easyplant a week or so later I would have never known of any shipment delays. First they said it was weather related although I paid extra to have it packaged to protect against the cold weather. Then after about 2 weeks I was advised they no longer have the plant I ordered. How can you have something prepared to ship (supposedly delayed) and then it be no longer available. To be fair, Customer Service did finally reach out and said they would make it right but that simply did not happen. I did eventually get a refund but wanted to share my experience for awareness.
