It took months to get my money back after a long and exhausting complaint process. The worst part was receiving a speeding fine from authorities for a violation committed by a car with different plate numbers than the one I rented, yet they provided my details to the police. When I called to correct this, they were rude and asked me to send an email. I did, but never received a response.
