We were billed for returning the vehicle on 26 December without any advance notice, and this stipulation was not mentioned in the reservation confirmation. Our written complaint has gone unanswered. We feel compelled to pursue legal action.

The next day, I received a call from their office just half an hour before my pickup, stating that the price was incorrect and I had to pay an additional 150 euros for full insurance. This felt like blackmail over the phone.
Hello, heed the other reviews and steer clear of this service. I rented a car and after returning it, they refused to inspect it in my presence and later claimed numerous damages. Additionally, they held my deposit for over two months. Fortunately, I documented the car's condition with videos and photos, which allowed me to recover my money. Very negative experience; they're cheap for a reason. It's better to choose a reputable service.
I’ve rented a few times but won’t be returning. You can tolerate the old and musty cars due to low prices, but the last car I received had a faulty rear sensor. The alarm triggered every time I engaged reverse, regardless of obstacles. I also faced issues with the deposit refund, which they charged instead of blocking on the credit card. It took months to get my money back after a long and exhausting complaint process. The worst part was receiving a speeding fine from authorities for a violation committed by a car with different plate numbers than the one I rented, yet they provided my details to the police. When I called to correct this, they were rude and asked me to send an email. I did, but never received a response.
