I rented vehicles from these bandits three or four times in the last few years, they are dreadful at returning deposits and I mean dreadful.
After the first time I actually had a second booking for three months, (we have a place in BG), and my deposit was only returned when I threatened to cancel the booking.
Then most recently in November 2025 I hired a car, of course filming everything to make sure I couldn't get stiffed.
I returned in on December first as agreed, I waited the few days for my deposit to come back, nothing rang after about three weeks oh it will be back with you in a few days, Christmas passed and so did new year, nothing.
Rang a few times more, phone not picked up often and then at times just hung up before I could even speak.
Fast-forward to excuses in January, offers to send the money in Euros to a different account, because apparently they couldn't return a different currency to my credit card, which never happened, nonsense that the delay was down to the Euro, I finally got my deposit back through charge back in February after a lot of hassle, having to send videos, documents etc.
At no time did they dispute the car was returned in anything but as received condition in the first place, I'm not going to make any false assertions, but they just made excuse after excuse, absolutely flabbergastingly reasons that were frankly insultingly obvious lies, as reasons to have failed to return my money.
Let's make it clear, this company, in my personal opinion is inherently dishonest, the offer of next booking no deposit was nonsense, of course they would demand that deposit if there was an issue, see all their other reviews.
It's cheap for a reason, the cars they supply are half destroyed two I hired lacked any power to the point you would need a weeks run up to reach motorway speeds, from my personal experience, they are also tatty, have bits, like a front wing, screwed on with actual Phillips head screws.
There is nothing to recommend about this company, I've not got a good word to say.
We will drive from the UK to Bulgaria in future, yeah that bad, or use much better cheap, more reputable firms like Top Car Rent.
Avoid these cowboys like Covid from my painful experience I can only conclude they are deliberately going out of their way to avoid returning deposits hoping you will run out of energy and pay for their Christmas party.
It's quite obvious given the weight of evidence that any response you will see here will be disingenous, or dishonest, just read them and try to work out how they are still in business, the Bulgarian authorites should shut them down.
