As bad as it getsI paid extra fees for a faster delivery (5-8 working days). No tracking info, no updates, only delays. Their contact email is not displayed in the confirmation email, maybe hiding somewhere on the website but I actually found it in other complaining comments (help"eta"easyship.com). Let's hope they answer at least. Update: after multiple email exchanges with their customer service, all they could suggest is to get in touch with the party who was sending the parcel because they didn't have visibility on it. So basically EasyShip sent me a payment link with a promise of 5-8 days delivery and took my money without having a clue about when it will be sent. Seems like a profitable business model.My advice if you face with a similar situation: get your money back through your credit card company.
