Experience with customer support is mostly great, as they reply promptly and help to resolve the issues as soon as possible. The only issue I had was with one of the customer support, as she could not get me the proof of delivery for one of the orders for close to 2 weeks, but when i approached another customer support, he got it to me within 30 minutes! It has been close to 3 weeks, and yet the first customer support still hasn't gotten back to me about the proof of delivery despite asking for it multiple times. Overall, experience is great. Just hope they check that their customer support staff is doing their job properly.
