Horrible experience. Shipping two large & heavy packages to the UK from USA for Xmas. One arrived fine. However, the other package had to go via a consolidation center in CA. It apparently never left there. I provided the FedEx # given to me by Easyship to FedEx to try and track it/find it and they say it is an invalid#. Easyship can provide ZERO proof the package was every picked up from CA or that they paid FedEx or the customs duty that I had pre-paid them for….which seems like theft to me. Has been >8 weeks now. I have tried emailing, messages on FB - nothing but canned responses providing the same apparently invalid FedEx #. I filed an insurance claim as soon as permitted (30 days after last tracking activity showed the item arriving in CA) and that was over 2 weeks ago, but still no follow up or payment. All in all I am out ~$200 for the shipping and the customs duties that I pre-paid (so that my family wouldn’t get stuck with them), plus the ~$120 worth of gifts and snacks mailed. Miserable customer service. Unable to reach an actual human unless I pay more for their premium service……no thanks, you already got me for ~$320!!
