I recently tried Easyship to organize and manage my fulfillment warehouse for a few brands I own after finding out that Shipstation does not have a direct integration with woocommerce. While there were a few things that I liked about Easyship, like the ability to enter the types and sizes of boxes you have available so the platform can better and more accurately determine shipping rates for an order, the MASSIVE UI HARDSHIPS made me cancel the platform within the first month. Easyship did not refund my subscription payments. The MAJOR issue with the interface is how ES handles products. You have to enter the information per sku per selling channel. This means, if you sell on your own store front, Amazon, Walmart, Ebay, Etsy, Target, Michaels, whatever, you have to enter and reinter the information for each one. To put this into perspective, for one product I offer with three variations that I sell on five platforms, I had to enter 15 DIFFERENT UNIQUE EASYSHIP PRODUCTS. That was just for one item. I also sell a line of small items with 53 variations. I input 159 products (not sold on all channels) and Easyship does not give you the option to sort by SKU or name. It sorts the products by the order you added them. I double checked with their tech support and they confirmed no easy way to sort other than the search bar. Finally, after spending 7 hours in one evening on just that one product line, I launched my shop website. EASYSHIP CONSIDERS STAGING WEBSITES AND LIVE WEBSITES DIFFERENT SELLING CHANNELS, so there is no way to just update the shop domain. YOU HAVE TO MANUALLY RE-ENTER THE PRODUCTS FOR THE NEW SELLING CHANNEL. DAYS WASTED. The tech support apologized that there was no option to automatically update the products and said they would manually migrate them on their end, but after three weeks it wasn't done. That means for the first three weeks of launch, my business didn't have the ability to sell/ship because of Easyship issues. I went back to Shipstation and purchased a 3rd party woocommerce integration they recommended. At least with Shipstation I only have to input product information once and all selling channels pull from the same product information based on sku. They don't have the box dimensions option, but a much better experience so far.
