I booked a shipment using the Easyship-offered UPS option. After checking the status a couple of weeks later, the item was still sitting in the UPS warehouse. After contacting Easy Ship, I was told that the shipment value was over their limit. The value was correctly mentioned during the booking, so I was very surprised that they informed me about it after two weeks and not while making the booking. It took another two weeks to return the shipment to us. complete waste of time and money.
