I am currently using EasyShip with WooCommerce. Initially, I printed the labels directly from WooCommerce, but one day, I needed help and contacted EasyShip. They advised me to print the labels directly from EasyShip because that would yield better rates. I did, and the rates are, in fact, better. In addition, I was able to add insurance for the full value of the product. I like that feature because I ship jewelry. I have to pay for the extra insurance, but I like it.When I print the labels from WooCommerce, the insurance is only $100, and I do not know how to increase it.I use USPS Priority Mail for 3 to 5 days, and when I ship from WooCommerce, that is precisely how it works. I notice that EasyShip was taking much, much longer. I inquired about it, and they told me to consider factors like weather and other things.I made a test and started alternating between shipping directly from my site with WooCommerce and shipping from the EasyShip site. I was right, EasyShip takes much longer.EasyShip is easy to use, and the company has excellent customer service. I want to use them directly because I can fully ensure my products, but unfortunately, the customer has to wait too long, and I am paying extra to ensure they get their goodies as fast as possible.
