⭐ Very poor customer service and unresolved refundI had a shipment cancelled and confirmed by customer support on October 19 (Shipment #ESCA288043357). No package was ever sent, and the tracking clearly shows that nothing was delivered. Despite this, I was still charged for the shipment weeks later.I contacted customer service multiple times requesting a refund and provided all proof of cancellation, including confirmation from their own support team. I also explained that I chose another courier after receiving CUSMA approval for my products, which avoided an unnecessary $120 tariff fee—another reason this shipment was never used.It has now been weeks (nearly two months) of follow-ups with no refund and no clear resolution. Each message asks me to wait longer, despite the situation being straightforward and fully documented.At this point, I am extremely frustrated by the lack of accountability and responsiveness. A refund for a cancelled shipment should not take this long. I am posting this review in hopes of finally receiving the refund I am owed.
