I placed an order online on Jan. 25, 2024. I checked my email 1 hour and 10 min later and realized when I was shopping and selected to view a different color of the shoe I was viewing, it changed my shoe size from 8.5 to a 5. So since it was so late in the evening I immediately sent an email to their customer service dept. The next morning by 10 am I had not heard from them so I called. The representative told me that it was too late. I only had 1 hour after placing the order to change or cancel it.The order did not ship until 4 days later, but they could not change the size. What type of company does this??? This was shipping direct to my sister as a gift. So now we had to go through getting a return label, and now something that was meant as a gift is now work for her to have to take to a return location. Not only that, they took $9.99 for the inbound shipping to me, and charged me another $6.95 to return them. All because their software did not keep my size on the webpage, that only the photo of the color of shoe changed. I realize that I should have double checked it, but I also realize that in the computer age we live in that there is an easy way for them to open an order up and change a size, color, or even cancel an order well after a one hour time limit and a shipment not being made until 4 days after the order was placed. I am furious with Easy Spirit and myself. So "Easy" is not so easy.
