I bought a pair of sneakers after noticing their support for Breast Cancer, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I wear size 11 W, and the fit was perfect. My only minor issue was that the laces didn’t stay tied, so I had to double knot them. I ended up ordering some replacement laces online.
I received my orthopedic shoes without the necessary inserts. All I wanted was for them to send me the inserts, but they said that wasn’t possible and I had to return them. I explained that I ordered online due to mobility issues as a senior citizen and can't easily get to the post office. Now, they have stopped responding to my emails. I will have to go through my credit card company for a refund. I strongly advise against buying from them.
I used to believe some of the most comfortable shoes came from the company. I purchased a pair for a wedding in late October, drawn in by the lower heel and color. After walking less than half a mile to the venue, I developed five open blisters. I spent the entire evening sitting down. Two weeks later, they are finally healing. I bought these shoes in early September, and the wedding was on October 25. Both the platform and the company offered a 30-day return policy, but neither provided any compensation.

However, the brand has now deteriorated, with significant inconsistencies in sizing. It seems they outsource production to various countries, resulting in sizes that often run too small.
The sizing of the shoes and sandals is highly inconsistent. I usually wear an 8.5 wide, but two pairs I ordered were excessively wide at the top. After returning them for an 8.5 medium, they felt slightly tight at the toes, while there was still excess material around the ankle. It seems the manufacturer has changed, and the quality has suffered. I won’t be purchasing from them again, despite being a loyal customer for years.
