Caveat EmptorWe had some issues with the local renting company charging us 200% markup. Unfortuntely EasyTerra was unreachable at that moment. After our vacation we asked EasyTerra to investigate the issues we encountered because we suspected 'foul play'. After sending all the receipts, photo's, bank and creditcard information, they insisted on additional information that mastercard and our bank can not deliver. Our plea to contact the creditcard company themselves was denied. EasyTerra did not investigate.Risky business using EasyTerra.
