I booked a car via Easyterra in Norway (Hertz). In Norway, toll is automatically added to your bill by means of camera detection on the road. Meaning you get the bill afterwards. So it happened: I got the final calculation the day after I returned the car. Fine. Everything ok. But then another bill came in 2 weeks later, for a toll charge of around 10 euro... added up with 30 euro for "administration costs".Hence:1. I never asked to get 2 bills2. An administration fee of 30 euro? Seriously?3. No answer to my questions from Hertz Norway (wrote them 3x).4. Easyterra defends the Hertz' policy.Conclusion: car hire companies try to rip you off in all possible ways.
