I recently had a very disappointing experience with EasyTerra. After accidentally booking a rental car for an extra day, I attempted to contact their customer service to make a simple modification. My experience was nothing short of frustrating:- Repeated Hang-Ups: The first two times I called, I was immediately disconnected. When I finally reached a representative, I was placed on hold for an excessively long time while they supposedly sought permission from a supervisor.- Inconsistent Responses: On a subsequent call, another representative again placed me on hold for the same reason. This time, I received an email stating that changes were not possible within 48 hours of the rental period. This critical information could have been communicated during my initial call, saving me a lot of hassle.- Unhelpful and Slow Service: The overall responsiveness and helpfulness of the customer service were severely lacking. The prolonged wait times and the need to repeatedly explain my situation were very frustrating.In conclusion, despite understanding the policy about changes within 48 hours, the way this was handled was extremely poor. I will not be using EasyTerra for future bookings and cannot recommend them based on this experience. Their customer service needs significant improvement to prevent other customers from having similarly negative experiences.
