I booked “worry free” and had enough credit to cover the deposit easyterra claimed the rental agency would block. The agency slapped me with extra 300€ deposit and unannounced mandatory surcharges that had to be on the same card, and exceeded the limit. So, I was left with two options - being stranded at the airport without any refund, or paying 300% for the rental company’s insurance. Customer support was useless. Never again.
