We rented a car by Carrentals, its a company from easy Terra the car was on site arranged by Lockauto Bari Airport. The people ar Bari airport speak verry bad English only Italian. The car we payed for was not available. And the replacement car was much less than what we had rented. We rented a Jeep Renegate and we've got a Skoda Karoq witch they place in the same category.. but that's not true ofcourse. This car was much cheaper to rent on the website from Carrentals / Easyterra. This is deception....so this way they earn hundreds of dollars/ euros extra. And to discuss this on site at the pickup area with a guy that barely speaks English only Italian is a no go... so my tip is rent the cheapest car in the category.Datum van ervaring: 22 september 2023
