Original and Replacement Bulbs Arrived Molded, Desiccated, and Rotten

I placed an order for Rio Negro Lilium bulbs and Heartstrings Lilium bulbs. Both Rio Negro bulb shipments arrived in unacceptable condition.Original ShipmentOne bulb was extremely soft, with scales falling off and opening like a flower — clearly on its way to becoming mushy and nonviable. One bulb had visible mold on arrival. The third bulb was severely dehydrated and of poor quality.Replacement ShipmentAll three replacement bulbs arrived in worse condition than the originals. Every bulb wasdesiccated, molded, and not viable. Additionally, the basal plates on all three bulbs were rotten and mushy, making them completely unusable.Missing Heartstrings LiliumI also never received my Heartstrings Lilium bulbs. After receiving two rounds of unviable Rio Negro bulbs, I cancelled my remaining order and received a refund after multiple phone calls, chats, and emails. PackagingBoth shipments arrived in perforated plastic bags with no peat moss, padding, or protective material. This is not appropriate packaging for live bulbs and likely contributed to the condition on arrival.This review reflects my experience and the condition of the products I received.
