Customer service is slow to respond but most importantly, their products are bad. I ordered very expensive Ranunculus and Anemone corms that failed to root after following rooting instructions TO THE LETTER. The customer service person on chat and in email, told me that unless I planted the corms right after delivery their guarantee was void. I waited 2 weeks to coincide with my growing season here in Western PA. How long have they sat dormant in their warehouse. This company is scamming people for dead, very expensive flower bulbs.
