The cancellation policy says I can cancel the order in 24 hours. I contacted them in 8 hours with request to cancel the order after I have read lots of bad reviews. They sent me an email next day with apologies that the order was shipped. I checked with FedEx and nothing was shipped only label was created. What a fraud. To my regret, I paid via Shop, but PayPal and can't file the claim. Agree with all who said "stay away".
