This company is managed so poorly that it's hard to know where to begin! The order was a complete disaster. I received a notification that it was delivered, but it wasn't, and the company confirmed that the delivery notice was incorrect—it was still out for delivery... which never happened. Then I was informed it was out of stock with no estimated availability. I decided to cancel the order. The owner is dishonest, and I have emails to back it up. After canceling due to the stock issue, I was told a credit was issued, but it never was, and I had to deal with my credit card company. She even asked me to cancel the dispute after stating the product was back in stock and would be delivered—no way that was happening. Overall, there were more than 12 emails exchanged for one order that never arrived. The company is poorly run, and, by the way, there is no personal contact available by phone. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
