This service is managed so poorly that it's hard to know where to begin! Ultimately, my order turned into a disaster. I received a notification that it was delivered, but it wasn't, and the support team confirmed that the delivery notice was incorrect and that it was still out for delivery... which never happened. Then I was informed it was out of stock with no expected restock date. I decided to cancel the order. The owner is dishonest, and I have emails to back this up. After I canceled due to the stock issue, I was told a credit would be issued; however, it never was, and I had to deal with my credit card company. Then I was asked to cancel the dispute because I received an email saying the product was back in stock and would be delivered - not a chance. In total, there were over 12 emails back and forth for one order that never arrived. The service is poorly run, and there's no personal contact available by phone. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SERVICE!
